Our amino sauce is made from black turtle beans, short grain rice koji and fermented with water and salt. It’s a lighter, fruitier alternative to soy sauce.
The black turtle beans give a rich, fruity aroma and the rice koji offers a subtle sweetness to balance the savoury umami and natural saltiness.
A crunchy, oil free and satisfying snack. Brussels sprouts are lacto fermented, tossed in a spice blend and then dehydrated to produce a convenient and moreish way to enjoy a naturally healthy and delicious vegetable.
King Oyster and Shitake Mushrooms marinated in our soy sauce before dehydrating to a jerky like consistency. This tasty snack is lightly spiced, packed with umami flavors and is temptingly moreish.
Made for everyone at the table.
Our first creation, the buckwheat soy, was inspired by the people closest to us. With so many friends and family gluten free or vegan, we swapped wheat for buckwheat to craft a sauce everyone could enjoy. As our range has grown, that promise has stayed the same: condiments made for everyone at the table.
