Launched in 2023 and built on a lifelong passion for fermentation, Goodness Sauce Co. blends time-honoured techniques with modern microbiology to create safe, flavourful condiments. Everything is made in Adelaide, Australia, using local and organic ingredients wherever possible.

Our range is both traditional and inventive — always plant-based and gluten free. At its heart is our flagship soy sauce, fermented for at least six months with soy and buckwheat koji. The result? A deep, complex umami kick that transforms everyday cooking.
